Stan Wood, Managing Partner
Stan Wood, CCIM, has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2003, Stan has managed private equity funds which have invested over $100 million dollars in commercial real estate assets and debt instruments. Over his career, Stan has worked with numerous large institutional lenders, regional lenders, and community lenders in the liquidation of under-performing and non-performing commercial real estate credits, and he is considered an expert in foreclosure acquisitions – having acquired millions of dollars of commercial assets through the foreclosure process. As a private equity fund manager, he has acquired real property assets through bankruptcy 363 sales and tax sales. Currently, Stan is the co-CEO/Portfolio Manager of two private equity funds – WINPRO Debt Opportunity Fund, LLC, and WINPRO Diversified Income Fund, LLC. In 2018, WINPRO has sourced over $10 million dollars of capital through its various SEC Reg. D 506(c) offerings. Stan places a great deal value on his standing within the commercial real estate, lending, and legal communities.
Stan is a Colorado native. He attended both the University of Denver and Regis University, where he is currently working on an MBA in finance. Stan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) was awarded the CCIM Deal of the Year Award in 2012 and 2013.
Stan’s hobbies include golf, tennis, reading, and cattle ranching on his Southeastern Colorado ranch. He is actively engaged in charitable works; including such organizations as the Emily Griffith Opportunity School and Up-Lift Colorado.

Tony Hemminger, Partner
Tony Hemminger, CCIM, EMS, Launching WINPRO Funds in 2018, Tony has helped source over $10 million dollars of capital through its investment offerings and anticipates a similar capital raise pace well into 2019 and beyond.
Tony is Principal Broker, and founding member of the Western Group of Companies: Western Investor Network, LLC, (WIN), Western Management Services, (WMS) and Western Mortgage Investors, (WMI). WIN is a full service commercial brokerage firm working in the areas of: Commercial Property Acquisition; Disposition & Management Brokerage; Tenant & Landlord Representation Brokerage; Residential “Investment” Brokerage; Counseling & Consulting; IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges; Equity Marketing; Partnerships; Joint Ventures and Syndications, WMS is a full service commercial management company handling property management assignments for industrial/flex, retail, office and specialty uses in the Colorado market. WMI is a boutique commercial mortgage loan company originating and purchasing investment real estate asset based loans nationally.
Tony came to Colorado from Michigan for school in 1980 and has called it home ever since. Tony enjoys hiking and has climbed 11 of Colorado’s 54 fourteen thousand foot peaks and has high hopes of completing all 54. He also enjoys mountain biking, skiing and running in Colorado, as well as traveling within Colorado and the US, and has aspirations of traveling abroad in 2019.
Tony believes deeply in helping the less fortunate people in Colorado and donates financially on an annual basis and time when he can to a number of causes each year, such as the Denver Rescue Mission, the Salvation Army, Boy Scouts of America and Wish for Wheels.
