The loan is a 2nd lien hold position- subordinate to $3m in senior debt. The estimated value of the collateral is $14M, a 36% LTV! The loan terms are: 12% interest only, 3% loan fee, 6-month term.
This was a great opportunity for our current investors. They invested safely and will receive an excellent rate of return. An 18% annualized return over 6 months!!!
